Zevar House offers artificial/imitation jewellery including but not limited to jewellery sets, earrings, mangalsutras, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, anklets, nosepins, kamarbandh, maangtika, and rings.

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, due to varying screen displays and photography lighting, actual colors may slightly differ from images shown. All jewellery is artificial/imitation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Each product listing includes: Name, Description, SKU, Price (inclusive of GST), and Stock availability
• Products are categorized for easy navigation
• All products are quality-checked before dispatch

Pricing & GST

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of 3% GST as per jewellery norms
• Final payable amount is displayed before checkout (all-inclusive)
• GST-compliant invoices are generated for all orders
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We do not guarantee price matching with other retailers

4 Orders & Payment

Order Placement

• Orders can be placed through our website with or without account registration (Guest Checkout available)
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email/phone
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all serviceable PIN codes across India
• Online Payments: UPI/Online payment options coming soon
• Data Security: No card data is stored on our servers as per RBI Tokenisation Guidelines

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• You will receive order updates via email and SMS

5 Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India through reputed courier partners
• Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days (varies by location)
• Free shipping: On orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges: ₹49 for orders below ₹999
• Delivery is subject to PIN code serviceability

6 Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy

• Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Earrings and nosepins are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Refund Timelines

• COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days
• Online Payments: Refund to original payment method within 7-10 business days

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch
• Full refund processed within 3-5 business days for cancelled orders
